What We Accept
- Unworn, unused items with all original tags and packaging attached
- Items in original condition with hygiene seal intact (required for lingerie due to health & hygiene standards)
- Damaged or incorrect items (we cover return shipping and send replacement free)
What We Cannot Accept
- Worn or used items (hygiene reasons)
- Items without original tags, packaging or hygiene seal
- Items returned after 30 days
- Final sale or customized items

Return the Item
Items must be unworn, tags attached, hygiene seal intact. Use tracked shipping.

We’ll Take Care of the Rest
Once received and inspected, refund or exchange processed within 5 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days with photos/videos. We’ll arrange free replacement or full refund and cover return shipping.

Refund & Exchange Details
- Refund to original payment method (credit card 3–10 days, PayPal instant)
- Exchange: We cover shipping for the first exchange
- Return shipping: Paid by customer (except damaged/wrong item)
- Timeline: Refund/exchange processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the item
